Formerly the Zénon Humbrecht and Emile Zind wineries, Olivier Humbrecht now runs this exceptional business with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1658. Olivier is regarded as a passionate perfectionist and visionary who sets new standards and accents worldwide in terms of quality and natural biodynamic viticulture. The newly built winery in the middle of the vineyards, completely designed for the production of top wines, is a milestone. As president of the Biodyvin winegrowers' association, he pushes his members with verve unstoppably towards ever new shores. In his steep vineyards, however, the Jura gelding Nikita sets the pace. Evenly and powerfully, he helps to plough the up to 45° steep top slopes - perfection and naturalness down to the last detail!
