Nose
On the nose, the Moscato comes through clearly. Brightly fruity, full of grapefruit, lemon and even a little bergamot. Nutmeg pepper and lychee as well as some rose water provide the obligatory aromas of the grape variety. Beguilingly light on its feet and extremely coherent in its fruitiness. Floral nuances of perennials and violets provide unusual colour accents.
Palate
With a slender 5% alcohol by volume, it prances on the palate. If it weren't for the little bit of sweetness, it would seem almost weightless. But please don't worry. The sweetness is directly ensnared by the emerging mousseaux. It becomes wonderfully melting on the palate until the lightness gains the upper hand again with the introduction of the snappy, refreshing acidity. The aromas of the nose repeat themselves and the citrus fruits dominate the aftertaste for a long time.
