Nose
The nose of the 2015 Mirgin Opus Paratge Qualificat Vallcirera from Alta Allela boasts a cornucopia of aromas. Disgorged in August 2019, four years of yeast storage have left their mark on it. Fluffy yeast plait is spread with hand-scooped butter and orange marmalade, sprinkled with green almonds, toasted hazelnuts and drizzled with tangerine oil. Afterwards, enjoy an oyster as quickly as possible, preferably in a grove of broom. This is how you get almost threateningly close to this Cava.
Mouth
The cuvée of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Xarello also performs impeccably on the palate. The ripe aromas of the Chardonnay and the long yeast storage pave their way with a straightforward and direct approach and a fine bubbly mousseux as well as a creamy texture. With its full, invigorating nature, it is suitable for the aperitif situation as well as for small snacks.
