Color/Look
Medium golden yellow with delicate copper reflections. Medium-bodied and broadly spread mousseux.
Nose
The 2017 Alta Alella Mirgin Gran Reserva Nature shows an intense aroma, of almonds, yeast, a touch of butter and oyster shells. With a little oxygen, fruity aromas of pear, quince and apple join in. Absolutely coherent and beguiling sparkling wine that gives great pleasure.
Palate
Citrusy, salty, refreshing, with stimulating perlage and chalky influences.
The palate is ingeniously stimulated and you can also enjoy it wonderfully with Mediterranean cuisine. It remains exciting until the last sip at the bottom of the bottle!
