Nose
The nose of the Terzavia Metodo Classico Brut Nature is exceptionally complex. In addition to crisp apple, vineyard peach and lemon zest, it shows yeasty notes, mussel shell and sea breeze. Delicate smoky hints and floral fragrances are added after longer contact with oxygen. Just smelling it makes you want to dive into this fine fizzy drink.
Palate
On the tongue, the perfect refreshment Creamy yeasty impressions combine with the juicy fruit of the nose, which is even more present here. An extremely invigorating perlage combined with a salty note awakens the appetite and the desire for another glass.
