Years ago, the grapes were still delivered to the cooperative, but Count Goëss-Enzenberg became aware of the quality of his vineyards and decided to press the wines himself. And the quality of his wines has proved him right. Manincor has become one of the absolute top wineries in South Tyrol, which now enjoys an excellent reputation far beyond its borders in Europe and the rest of the world. Under Helmuth Zozin, who took over the management of the winery in 2008, Manincor has once again made a significant push forward in terms of the quality and enjoyment of the wines. Not least, the consistent conversion to biodynamic viticulture gives the wines their final touch. Only in this way, that is the basic conviction of the winemakers, can the full quality of the terroir be revealed.
