Nose
The 2019 Majas Rouge presents itself very fragrant on the nose. Aromas of wild raspberries, blackberries and blueberries mingle with floral notes reminiscent of violets and roses. The whole is underlaid by Mediterranean herbs and peppery hints.
Palate
On the palate, it surprises with an elegant and slender structure, a stimulating acidity and a velvety tannin structure. Delicate pepper notes in the finish whet the appetite to combine it slightly chilled with spicy and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Take out your picnic blanket and let's go!
