Color
Elegant mother of pearl with delicate violet reflections.
Nose
The 2019 XIX Le Rosé is truly a fragrant seducer. A basket of cherry, raspberry, strawberry and rosehip dance the round dance with delicate herbal notes of tomato stalk and basil, and a hint of pink pepper. Delicate and zero drops, this is a rosé in a class of its own.
Palate
Fine astringency on the palate and fine saltiness, the filigree red berry fruit pairs with fresh acidity and an animating spiciness. A rosé that remains in the memory with its animating structure and the pleasant drinking flow. Rosé as an excellent food companion only works like this!
