Color
Bright, delicate salmon pink with bright and orange reflections
Nose
In this young stage, the yeast is still clearly visible. But this does not bother at all, because almond blossom and roasted almonds directly allow associations with a yeast plait. A little orange blossom and plenty of orange zest provide tartness and freshness at the same time. It also puts you in a Mediterranean mood. Grapefruit, a hint of lemon and blood orange come in handy as support. A hint of redcurrant and raspberry can be detected pleasantly in the background. Yellow apples, pear and quince complement the citrus notes.
Palate
Wow. What an energetic start. You're not used to that at all with rosé. Juicy and racy at the same time. A healthy, stable acid structure forms its backbone and at the same time provides a red thread. Fruit and juiciness shimmy their way along. It shows plenty of freshness and also cool elements, which alternate wonderfully with the warm, Mediterranean aromas. In the finish, it seems almost drying, so that one gets a salty impression. This is enormously stimulating to drink and works brilliantly with summer cuisine.
