Nose
The 2003 Huet Vouvray Le Mont 1ère Trie Molleux is marked by clear honey and spice aromas. Cinnamon, turmeric, juniper berries and saffron come to the nose, as well as pickled and dried fruits such as apricots, orange zest, dates and figs, complemented by a scent that reminds one of light tobacco and tobacco box.
Palate
Sweet, almost oily, the 2003 Huet Vouvray Le Mont 1ère Trie Molleux shows itself on the tongue with concise spice and the opulence and low acidity typical of the vintage. Optimal partnerships it goes with piquant; spicy kitchen and with rich desserts.
