Nose
The 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo presents itself due to its youth still somewhat closed. With sufficient oxygen contact, a wealth of aromas opens up to the taster. Cherries and cranberries interwoven with fine spices such as cinnamon and clove flow from the glass. Hints of cedar and delicate smoky notes complete the animating aroma.
Palate
On the palate, it shows delicate wood spice, lots of sweet fruit and a demanding acidity. Nebbiolo in pure culture, elegant, demanding and refreshing. It only needs the right accompaniment of Italian-inspired cuisine, then you are in the middle of the Dolce Vita!
