Nose
On the nose, the 2017 Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature is intense with charming fruity notes reminiscent of mango, orange, ripe pear and honeydew melon. The fruity aroma is accompanied by acacia blossoms and the scent of toasted almonds and white nougat. Stony and mineral hints refreshingly round off the complex aroma spectrum.
Palate
On the palate, it is precise, clear and at the same time extremely charming. Despite low dosage, the combination of juicy fruit and stimulating carbonic acid makes it a palate pleaser. Top food companion with a long finish and fine grip.
