Nose
The intense aromas of the 2004 Champagne L'AÉRIENNE Rosé Brut Nature flow impressively to the nose. Wild raspberries, figs and plums are accompanied by charming notes reminiscent of quince jelly, honey and dried fruit. Aromas of wild herbs, cedar, cigar, wood smoke and forest leaves give it an earthy character.
Palate
On the palate, it presents itself with an incredible density and fine fruit sweetness, although it has not received any dosage. The vinous character, the juiciness and the invigorating perlage are accompanied by an intense spiciness and expressive minerality. Top rosé champagne that shows a wonderful tension of fruit, minerality and piquancy. Dishes with earthy components, dark meat and game love its accompaniment.
