Information on wine enjoyment:
The precious grapes of this wine come from younger, coolest vineyards and were carefully harvested by hand. With a cooling pre-treatment after selection, a cold maceration of about five days followed. The decision to use natural yeasts during the fermentation process was followed by a low-temperature fermentation. The next step is fermentation maceration, which was only allowed to last for a short time - a maximum of five days. The must was then drawn off and refined in steel. Bottling takes place in spring after the harvest.
Color:
An intense garnet red envelops this wine.
Scent:
Upon opening the 2021 Il Corzanello Rosso, a fragrance of cool graphite notes, smoky nuances, fresh plums, vitalising sour cherries and wild raspberries emerges. A beguiling, elegant and vitalising fragrance that invites you to decant and enjoy!
Taste:
Just as the bouquet promises, red-fruity aromas unfold on the palate accompanied by a crisp acidity. A masterful red wine that captivates with its elegance and freshness and, with its berry, cherry-fruity notes, goes wonderfully with traditional Italian dishes!
