Color
Garnet red with violet reflections and clear lightening towards the rim.
Nose
The 2017 Ibizkus Tinto presents itself with soft and charming notes on the nose. It smells of cherries, cassis and cranberries. The whole is underpinned by a fine graphite note and herbaceous aromas reminiscent of sage, rosemary and thyme.
Palate
Juicy, elegant and fruity it shows on the palate. One finds the fine graphite notes again and also the herbs. The tannin structure is fine-grained and polished, the acidity restrained and at the same time stimulating. Lightly chilled an uncomplicated pleasure.
