Nose
The aroma of the Blanco from Ibiza is initially dominated by slightly reductive notes reminiscent of flint and smoke, before caramel biscuits and liquorice come through. In addition, notes of white flowers, some stone fruit and ripe citrus notes join.
Palate
At the palate the Ibizkus appears silky and creamy with a full white fruit of the vineyard peach. Also here the liquorice shows, furthermore a little mild curry, again white flowers and some nutmeg come along. The velvety white wine seems fresh and slightly salty despite the restrained acidity. Furthermore, it is powerful and intense with a good balance.
