Dense purple, violet reflections, delicate brown rim
Nose
Naked Red is the red entry drug into the filigree world of Heinrichs. Pickled morello cherries fight with sweet cherries and plums for dominance. Blackberries, raspberries and elderberries also clearly emerge. A pleasantly restrained spiciness reveals cinnamon rub, caraway and white pepper. Its earthiness paired with fruit is clearly reminiscent of beetroot. Underwood, tree bark and pine cones give it a familiar memory of forest walks, integrating ethereal as well as earthy aromas. Tomatoes and cooked peppers add further vegetal accents.
Palate
From the first sip, it combines this enticing, intense fruit with drinkability and juiciness. Like biting into a handful of fresh berries. The fruit seems crisp and is led by a present acid structure. Light-footed and slender in the glass. Only a little quickly stands in the way of empty glasses. The fruit comes out clearly. It is complemented by the spicy nuances of the nose. Even in the aftertaste, Naked Red remains on the delicate, easy-drinking side for a long time with now rather lighter aromas.
