Color
Cloudy orange with amber reflections, silvery lightening towards the rim.
Nose
The 2020 GT immediately grabs the taster with its fulminant and dissolute bouquet - lots of orange, orange zest, sugared rhubarb, wild raspberries, cassis and an unbelievable floral and herbal intensity. In addition to roses, lavender and lily of the valley, one finds wild sage, cassis leaf, nettle and tree bark. An enchanted, beguiling wine that immediately awakens incredible desire at the first sip.
Palate
On the tongue, it unloads with juicy fruit and salty, gripping structure, you can literally bite it. Every sip demands another, and the floral and herbal impressions are enchantingly present in the long finish. A wine that not only has a wonderful drinking flow, but also sets standards for biodynamic natural wines. Wines like this do not fill you up, but rather inspire you - even the food they accompany.
Be sure to decant and serve not too cold in a sufficiently large glass.
