Info about the wine
Cuvée from young vines of the Bruck and Schön sites , spontaneously fermented.
Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
In the aroma of the 2020 Grüner Veltliner Vergelt`s Gott, we find many herbal notes that give it freshness right from the start. Clear peppery notes are no less stimulating, and with enough oxygen, pithy fruit notes of pear and apple are added. Striking and invigoratingly fresh is the credo here.
Palate
Juicy and with a pronounced spiciness, it presents itself on the tongue. At this point, decanting it into a carafe does it a world of good, because then the fruit and its invigorating minerality come out even more clearly. A wine made for down-to-earth Austrian kitchen classics.
