Cuvée from young vines of the Bruck and Schön sites , spontaneously fermented.
Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
In the aroma of the 2019 Grüner Veltliner Vergelt`s Gott, we find many herbal notes that give it freshness right from the start. Clear peppery notes are no less animating, and with sufficient oxygen, pithy fruit notes of pear and apple are added. The credo here is distinctive and full-bodied.
Palate
Juicy and with a pronounced spiciness, it presents itself on the tongue. At this point, decanting it into a carafe does it extraordinary good, because then the ripe fruits and its stimulating spicy note come out even more clearly. A wine made for down-to-earth Austrian kitchen classics.
