The Nikolaihof looks back on almost 2000 years of history, making it the oldest winery in Austria. As a founding member of the Demeter Association of Austria, the Saahs family has been working biodynamically for decades. The vineyards are bursting with life. Some special wines are stored on their lees in large barrels for up to 20 years until they are bottled.
