Color
Medium golden yellow with copper reflections.
Nose
The 2020 Grauer Burgunder presents with aromas of vineyard peach compote, quince, dried apricot and orange zest. With oxygen, aromas of anise, dried ginger and walnut shell emerge, which will become more pronounced with some maturity.
Palate
On the palate it is juicy and distinctive, its earthy and spicy character comes to the fore here in combination with fresh acidity and salty hints. A perfect food companion especially to hearty cuisine!
