Medium golden yellow with copper reflections.
Nose
The 2019 Pinot Gris presents with aromas of vineyard peach compote, quince, dried apricot and orange zest. With oxygen, flavors of anise, dried ginger and walnut shell emerge, which will become more pronounced with some maturity.
Palate
On the palate it appears juicy and creamy and at the same time refreshing. Its fine spice components in the reverberation stimulate. A perfect food companion especially to hearty cuisine.
