Wine information
Lambrusco Grasparossa grown on clay soil. Direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation in cement vats. Six months of ageing in cement vats and fermentation with wild yeast in the bottle.
Color/Look
Plum-coloured with orange reflections, fine carbonic acid.
Nose
The 2021 Fuoroleggero shows lively red berry fruit, elderberries, blackberries and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and some forest soil, tree bark and noble mushrooms. Sweet and juicy, the attack is already very enjoyable and invites you to taste it.
Palate
Slightly tart and down-to-earth, it has an invigorating structure and earthy spiciness on the tongue. Many herbs and the impression of fruit stones enhance its rustic charm. The perfect companion to tomato and spicy sausages. It could hardly be more stimulating, honest and juicy. Molto buono!
