The wine spends more than 8 months on the skins in tinajas , which brings out the delicate character of the Pinot Grigio.

Nose
The 2021 Fuoripista Pinot Grigio is expressive with rosehip, orange, lots of fresh Mediterranean herbs, wild raspberry and stony notes, sweet fruit and compactness in perfect harmony. A revelation of a wine, far from everything we associate with Pinot Grigio from Italy.
Palate
You immediately feel a piquancy and a grippy structure when you taste it, the tannin suits it perfectly, herbal and fresh notes enliven its character and the alcohol, with its strength of 12.5 vol%, has a delicate effect and reinforces its animating character. Once again a marvel from the house of Foradori, which is always good for surprises.
If you want to enjoy it at this stage, you should definitely decant it and serve it in a sufficiently large glass. A few days of opening will also make it win. The drinking temperature is important, which should be around 14°C for the white wines from the amphorae.
