Bright salmon red, light reflections, fine mousseux
Nose
The Pinot Rosé Brut from Weingut F. Keller has red, berry tones on the nose. Raspberry, red currant and a little strawberry join in. Rosehip and red vineyard peach provide the necessary variety. The yeast ageing leaves depth and a sense of well-being. With a slightly reductive note, it shows itself lean and racy.
Palate
On the palate, it lives above all from its juiciness. The melting of the autolysis is pleasantly restrained. The emerging carbonic acid in the opulent mousseux invigorates the moment again and again. A very delicate nutty and yeasty nuance is present in the aftertaste. The red fruits of the nose are quiet, but well noticeable. Clear, lean and racy. It is anything but a ponderous rosé, but rather impresses with its finesse and elegance.
