Brandy made from woolwort flowers preserved in brandy. Aged for at least 6 years in stainless steel tanks. Tasting note by Hervé Schmitt This spiritueux reveals elegant aromas of roses as well as hints of exotic fruits, especially lychee. The nose is delightful and of aromatic clarity. On the palate, this rose fragrance stands out for its delicacy and finesse. Hervé Schmitt, sommelier at the gourmet restaurant Le Relais de la Poste in Wantzenau, is one of the most distinguished of his guild in all of France. Numerous awards, such as best young sommelier of Alsace 2005 or second best sommelier of France 2008, testify to his outstanding expertise.
