Color:
The wine shows itself in bright shining gold with discreet copper-colored reflexes and tender perlage clear and shining in the glass.
Nose:
From the start, this sensitive interpretation of a Pinot Noir presents itself full of fervor and expressiveness. Alongside the fruity aromas of yellow apple, quince and pickled Cornell cherry, spicy, earthy and delicately smoky notes reveal themselves. A hint of gingerbread spice, led by nutmeg and anise, unites with the scent of white chocolate, roasted chestnuts and fresh pizza bread as well as some pipe tobacco.
Palate:
On the palate, the Fidèle Brut Nature from Vouette & Sorbée shines through its ability to know how to use its own power in a well-dosed way. With a vital yet delicate perlage, a kaleidoscope of aromas is released, which impresses with its diversity and richness of colour, as well as its accurate precision. The yellow-fleshed fruit of the wine is given emphasis and breadth, in order to reverberate tautly and bone-dry in immediate connection.
Exhibit A for the distinct beauty of letting a champagne shine as a food companion.
