Nose
The 2020 Nun vinya del taus spreads a carpet of wild herbs, laurel, nettle, mint, juniper and even a hint of lavender. It becomes particularly charming when the sweet fruit of orange, mango and lime is added and the fine, extremely skilful touch of wood with vanilla, dried ginger and malty notes. An extremely harmonious overall picture. You want to taste it right away, this beautiful drop.
Palate
On the tongue, it spreads out with a sweet-salty impression and a fine melting. Its pointed tannin structure, which is perfectly integrated into the juicy, exotic fruit, is particularly beautiful. The extremely long finish shows its true greatness and makes you want to accompany spicy dishes with fruity touches all the more.
Decant and enjoy not too cold from a large glass.
