This Tempranillo is also called Valdemonjas Orchestra. Just as the winery is characterized by its variety of terroirs - nine different ones, after all - this wine results in the symbiosis of all of them. This cuvée combines the fruit concentration and freshness of the Tempranillo grape along the river Ribera del Duero. For this purpose, grapes in perfect balance between maturity and freshness are used and treated as little as possible. In small cement tanks, the wine matures, protected from oxidation and other risks, always cooled, so that the addition of sulfur simply becomes unnecessary.
Very limited micro edition of 125 bottles.

Rich purple, violet reflections
Nose
Dark stone fruit forms the base and spreads more and more. Mystical and dark nose. Ethereal and spicy. Juniper berries, spruce needles and a little resin, but also red pepper and rosehip surround the dark plum fruit. Some cassis and currant join in. The nose promises elegance and lightness. What seems paradoxical at first with this dark fruit and colour.
Palate
This beautiful thought comes true. Full of energy and playful he enters the stage. At the same time always characterized by freshness, elegance and lightness. Tempranillo in full, rich fruit, yet so delicate and full of finesse. In the finish juicy and so multifaceted in its fruit orientation. Cassis, elderberries and sour cherries line the palate for minutes. Here great drinking pleasure is pre-programmed.
El Patio is best served like a Beaujolais at 12-14 °C.
