Sparkling salmon red with delicate orange and light reflections
Nose
On the nose, the Petit Ours Rosé is pleasantly tart and spicy. Bitter oranges, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom are initially reminiscent of the cold season. However, if you transport these associations to a chilled aggregate state on a warm day, this makes total sense and is coherent. Blood oranges and grapefruit are in the same vein. Lemon balm, a little thyme and almond blossom round it off harmoniously. Very inviting and appealing.
Palate
Here, it seamlessly follows on from the expectations. Far away from gummy bears or other cheesy aromas, it offers an adult rosé experience. Bittersweet fruits in full lightness. Clearly lighter than the nose would suggest, but still very serious. Blood orange and grapefruit dominate the finish. It discreetly offers nutty components and white floral aromas. The slight bitter note in the finish has an animating effect and promotes the drinking flow.
