Sparkling cherry red, bright reflections
Nose
Tire Bouchon from the 2020 vintage shouts "drink me fast!" loudly from the glass. It embodies esprit, finesse and nonchalance. Plenty of fruit in the form of sour cherries, raspberries and red currants. A hint of white flowers and only a few ethereal or balsamic components. Rosehip, marjoram, juniper and thyme can be perceived very delicately. Charming and inviting.
Palate
Adrien Roustan from the Domaine d'Ourea creates a slender, racy and absolutely filigree red wine from the southern Rhône that would be perfectly described with two words from the French language: "glou glou". Enormously high drinking flow! Juicy and taut in the glass. The fruit is crisp and pleasantly acidic. The acidity puts its stamp on this wine and strings the fruit nuances along its red thread. No glass should remain full for long.
