Nose
The name says it all. The Kieselberg -N- Riesling from the Michael Andres winery conveys a very stony character. Likewise, the first moment inevitably makes you think of juicy, ripe pineapple and lime zest. Likewise, ripe mirabelle plum and herbal notes are perceptible parsley and lemon balm as well as an infusion of green tea and lemon. Nothing is striking, nothing superficial.
Palate
On the palate, this Riesling from the Mittelhaardt presents the full range of its strengths. The taut acid structure is perfectly integrated and enlivens the moment. The clear fruit expression seems balanced, the minerality is clearly noticeable. In addition, a certain tension can be felt in the wine. The low alcohol makes you want more.
