Nose
The Champagne Cuvée Perpétuelle Extra Brut from Bonnet-Ponson presents itself with juicy and ripe aromas reminiscent of apples, vineyard peach, quince, apricots and mirabelles. The whole is underpinned by distinct yeast and toasted notes, a cool and aristocratic character and a hint of ginger and citrus.
Palate
On the palate, the juicy and ripe aromas of the nose are confirmed. Creamy and with an extremely lively perlage, it glides over the tongue. It leaves a salty trail behind it and invigorates with its grip and conciseness. A wonderful aperitif and food companion!
