The Extra Brut Rosé Cuvée Perpétuelle is a Champagne from 50 % Pinot Noir, 25 % Chardonnay and 25 % Meunier. The fruit comes from Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes in the Montage des Reims. 7 % of Pinot Noir were added as red wine. 10 % come from the Macération. The basis of this champagne is the 2016 vintage. 30 % come from the Solera, also Réserve Perpétuelle called. 75 % of the wine was aged in stainless steel, 25 % in barrique. The blend was made in May 2017, when the wine was bottled. It was disgorged in August 2022 with 4 g/l. The total sulphur is 35 mg/l.

Nose
The Extra Brut Rosé Cuvée Perpétuelle is a fruity and at the same time delicately spicy champagne, reminiscent of wild strawberries, red peaches and red apples, figs and barberries, which mix with a little warm toast and herbs to create a powerful yet elegant bubbly.
Palate
On the palate, the Rosé with a pleasantly fine perlage due to five years of ageing. The Champagne is intense and powerful with red fruit and some yeast, notes of rock, herbs and some curry. It has a very good length with fine saltiness and freshness.
