Color/Look
Sparkling intense salmon pink with delicate orange highlights/broad, lively mousseux.
Nose
Impressively, the aromas of Champagne Cuvée Perpétuelle Extra Brut Rosé flow into the nose forest raspberries, fresh figs, plums, red apple, vineyard peach and aromas of wild herbs, forest foliage and dark flowers. All of this is underpinned by the finest minerality and depth.
Palate
On the palate, it presents itself with an incredible density and fine fruit sweetness. The juicy character and the lively perlage are also accompanied on the palate by an intense spiciness and expressive minerality. A rosé champagne with character and expression, which can be wonderfully combined with spicy dishes.
