Nose
The nose smells of white flowers, some lemon and apple with a bit of peach and a single shiso leaf. The Crémant The bouquet is clean and fresh with a hint of yeast and lime.
Palate
On the palate, the 2020 finds Crémant d'Alsace a grapey fruit of ripe Riesling, mingling with yellow apple and some white peach. The Crémant presents itself lively and intense. A little yeast and a little saltiness resonate in the taste. The discreet dosage provides a balance that retains a fine acid bite. The foamer has a spicy and fine effect in the finish.
