Serve slightly chilled at about 16 °C caraffed.
Color:
Slightly cloudy, dark violet-red with purple lightening towards the rim.
Nose:
The 2019 Côtes du Rhône Rouge "Sans Soufré ajouté" shows itself very original, somewhat wild - grilled rosemary, thyme, juniper and saddle leather, undergrowth and smoked meat. A wine that is happy to be decanted and then reveals more very nicely: Mulberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, figs and dark plum jam. Later, freshly ground black pepper, wood smoke, grilled meat, juniper and cloves join in. The longer it is opened, the more multifaceted it shows itself with mineral depth and animating coolness.
Palate:
Its fresh, mineral and animating coolness continues on the palate, where it reveals itself with polished tannin structure, stimulating acidity and fresh berry and cherry fruit. Every sip tempts another with this wonderful and original drop. He is happy in the combination of spicy grilled dishes and dishes with intense spice.
