Nose
The intense aroma of this single-varietal Vermentinu with its ripe white fruit immediately transports you to the Mediterranean hinterland, because it is immediately mixed with a note of yellow wild herbs such as the so typical immortelle and chamomile. Ripe cherimoyas, pears, white peaches, but also more exotic fruits such as lychees and a hint of mango resonate. Opulent seductive fragrances that never seem heavy, but elegant and create an anticipation of the taste.
Mouth
This fascinating opulence continues in the mouth with a creamy, slightly oily texture and the ripe fruit, but now citrus aromas such as clementines and pomelo join in and at the same time a lemony, balancing freshness. Then mineral tones and fine bitter notes emerge more and more clearly, which give the wine a lot of tension. Initially full and broad on the palate, it tapers off to a long, subtly salty and fresh finish, emphasizing its unique mountainous altitude terroir.
