Wine information
The Terbianc is a white Frizzante of the Trebbiano di Spagna variety. It comes from clayey, chalky and sandy soils with vines more than 30 years old. After hand harvesting into small crates, the grapes were destemmed and fermented for five days in open fermenters on the skins. Then they were pressed and fermented to completion. Ageing took place in stainless steel and cement for six months and after bottling with the addition of unfermented must from the same vintage and second fermentation for nine months on the lees. There was no fining, no filtering, no sulphur addition and no dosage. The total sulphur is less than 10 mg.

Nose
This Frizzante you not only see its natural and orange character, you also have it directly in your nose. The wine smells of peel, of slightly tart honey and white flowers saturated with pollen, of tart herbs, hops, grapefruits and oranges including zest. And it smells of apple with its peel and malic acid. All this comes across as fresh and juicy, but also pleasantly tart and demanding.
Mouth
On the palate the Terbianc the flourishing life in the countryside. The white wine offers a perlage that is reminiscent of Pet Nats It is fully fermented, tart and mineral, lively and juicy. Here, too, pollen mixes with herbs, hops, citrus fruits and zests. The malic acid defines the wine, gives it momentum and pressure. The dryness and tartness have an immensely refreshing effect.
