Wine information
The fruit comes from his still young Chardonnay vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet. The 0.5 hectares are planted with a 10,000 vine density. The vine age is seven years. The base wine is first matured in used barrels, the Crémant then 18 months on the lees.

Nose
Rarely one finds Crémant de Bourgogne so fine and fresh on the nose from the first moment. The blanc de blancs shows a wonderful balance between a bright citrus fruit, notes of apples and pears and fresh, warm and buttered brioche on the other hand. There is also a stony, mineral note that provides cool nuances.
Palate
On the palate, the unity of freshness and elegance continues. Here, too, the brioche shows, this time with a little honey, plus a sweet, baked apple, pears again and freshly sliced lemons. The Crémant offers a remarkably fine perlage for 18 months of ageing. The acidity is lively and playful and combines with a stony, tart component in the finish. The first glass is quickly emptied.
