Freshness and fruit is the motto here, which is already noticeable in the 2020 Chardonnay from Andres in the nose pear and quince, apple and lots of citrus combine with lime blossom and a touch of anise. This fresh and fruity aroma is carried by a clear stony-smoky mineral substructure.
Palate
Its palate conveys clarity, juiciness and inspiring acidity. A drinking wine for joyful enjoyment, about which one does not have to rack one's brains for a long time. Just chill it well and let it run down your gullet. Gladly also in combination with tasty, uncomplicated cuisine!
