Wine information
The cuvée reflects the specific character of the hills of Béru, it is a blend of the different plots of the domaine, situated to the north and with a strong presence of the Kimmeridge limestone in the soil. The long ageing on the fine lees in vats and barrels underlines the purity of expression of the place where it was grown.
Color
Medium golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose
The 2020 Chablis "Terroirs de Béru" shows delicate yet profound and mineral aromas. Apple, pear and apricot are paired with delicate toasted notes of almonds and clear hints of mussel shells and sea breeze.
Palate
On the palate, it is extremely elegant and refreshing with its fine fruit and stimulating acidity. At the same time, it beguiles with a great juiciness and a stimulating salty note. The perfect companion to fish and seafood!
