Nose
The 2020 Amphora Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is extremely animating with small wild strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate. Fresh herbal notes of wild thyme and rosemary are clearly visible, as well as hints of wild roses and violets.
Palate
On the tongue it shows a lot of red fruit in combination with a playful acidity and a fine spicy tannin structure. A special and characterful Rosato with grip and play, as made for the Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
