Nose
The 2018 Amphora Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is animated with small wild strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate. Fresh herbal notes of wild thyme and rosemary are clearly recognizable and a hint of wild roses and violets.
Palate
On the tongue it shows a lot of red fruit in combination with a playful acidity and a fine spicy tannin structure. A special and characterful Rosato with grip and play, as made for the Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
