Nose
It is the intense spicy and herbal notes that determine the opening of the 2019 Caroline. With aeration, floral components of camomile, elderflower, verbena and lime blossom are added. Fruity hints of orange, orange zest, grapefruit and lime round off this extremely memorable and distinctive magic drink.
Palate
On the tongue she grabs hold, the princess, as Martin aptly titles this wine. Yellow and green fruits meet invigorating and at the same time ripe acidity and tannins. Super precise and dry, Caroline moves across the tongue. With its cool, refreshing structure, the perfect counterpart to Italian feel-good cuisine, this wine by Martin Gojer, like all his wines, triggers a sense of well-being in any case.
Be sure to decant and serve not too cold in a sufficiently large glass.
