Freshly opened, it convinces with fine fruit of apple and citrus, pleasant spiciness and a taste that transports you directly to France and the sea. The 2018 Bouzeron Aligoté is puristic and discreet on the nose and smells of apple, pear, lemon zest, hay and almonds.

Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2018 Bouzeron Aligoté is purist and understated on the nose, with scents of apple, pear, lemon zest, hay and almond. With a little oxygen contact, herbal notes and wet stone join in. A delicate and precise fragrance that rests in itself.
Palate
I was very much looking forward to this pure and so original wine. Freshly opened, it convinces with fine fruit of apple and citrus, pleasant spice and a taste that transports you directly to France and the sea. An excellent "vin de soif" with claim.
