Wine information
The wine comes from old vines in organic farming, mainly from the Marsannay area. After destemming and spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged slowly on the fine lees for 16 months in cigar-shaped barrels of 400 litres with a new wood content of less than 20 %.

light golden yellow
Nose
The Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc offers a lot on all levels as an entry wine into the portfolio. Limes and lemons mingle with lemon curd, hawthorn and acacia, some melted butter and almonds.
Palate
On the palate, the wine appears silky with an initially silky acidity, but which becomes fresher and punchier with time. The Burgundy has a slight phenolic and a tangy, spicy note of grapefruit peel. It offers a lot of substance and juice on the palate. The finish has a lively minerality and is pleasantly salty. The young wine should definitely be opened and caraffed early.
