Nose
The Champagne Cuvée Perpétuelle Non Dosé from Bonnet-Ponson impresses with purism, precision, coolness and mineral depth. In addition to chalky notes, the scent of sea breeze and oyster shells, we encounter citrus, green apple, ginger and a hint of lime blossom as well as mushrooms.
Palate
On the palate, it grabs hold and lets the saliva flow, even without dosage it appears juicy and charming, at the same time pleasantly demanding and invigorating. The perfect aperitif for connoisseurs who like to reduce themselves to the essentials. Purist fish and shellfish dishes find their perfect counterpart with this wine.
