One third whole grapes, two thirds whole berries on top, racked, in two amphorae and one always full tank, pressed after 5 days, back in two amphorae, bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Clouded violet-red.
Nose
The 2021 Blaufränkisch Manila shows a lot of freshness and fulminant fruit of wild raspberries, blueberries, sour cherries and plums. The beguiling fruit combines with wild herbs, which enhance the freshness of this wine, some leather and smoky hints.
Palate
Enchanting, simply enchanting, the fruit catapults onto the tongue in combination with a lively acidity and a cool note. The silky tannin adds structure and a lot of facet. It is always great to experience such lively wines, they are so enriching for the wine world, they fill the taster with great joy, they catapult you into completely different spheres and remain with wonderful juiciness and freshness in long memory!
Serve slightly chilled in a larger glass!
